1989年　日本大学国際関係学部国際関係学科卒業
1992年　日本大学大学院国際関係研究科修士課程修了
1994年　日本大学法学研究科博士後期課程退学
2003年　英国シェフィールド大学大学院Ph.D.コース修了
八戸大学商学部専任講師、日本大学国際関係学部専任講師を経て、
現在、日本大学国際関係学部助教授、Ph.D.（政治理論）
